On the evening of December 3rd, the 13th Annual SUFE campus Singer Final was held. For the enhancement of the communication and exchanges between community and academic institutions, the arena for the competition, different from former years, was relocated to Wujiaochang Square thanks to the cordial arrangement and warm invitation from the Wujiaochang Square Street Party Working Committee.
The distinguished guests presented in the 13th Annual Campus Singer Finals included the delegates of the Publicity Department of Yangpu District Party Committee, members of Wujiaochang Square Street Party Working Committee and SUFE Office of Communication and Public Affairs.
In spite of the chilling winds, the gently soothing melodies lit up audiences’ musical passion, attracting them from far and wide for the audio feast.
The whole competition was divided into three section: Dreamy Rhythm, Moving Melody, Breath-taking Echo. In this fascinating night, the vigorous singers produced diversified songs with their own characteristics, ranging from love songs such as Our Memories, folk music to rock & roll and jazz. The inspiring songs permeated in the air of Wujiaochang Square and left an indelible sound mark on the audience’s memory.
After the fantastic finals, Xu Jichun, Xie Ruida, and Huang Xiaoyi respectively won first, second and third place. The enduring applause and cheers of the audience signified the wonderful success of the 13th Annual Campus Singer Finals.
