In the midst of spring came the new semester. On February 22nd, teachers and staff of SUFE took their positions to ensure a smooth start to educational activities. All the students returned to campus filled with vitality and vigor.
Liu Xinyan, a student majoring in finance, told us that her first course was Probability Theory. She said, “Although I’m not used to the rigorous atmosphere after the long winter vacation, Professor He Qixiang’s concise statements of knowledge and humorous manner have retriggered my interest in learning.”
On the first day, SUFE President Fan Liming joined students for their first Investment Management class in room 315 of the Second Teaching Building. Like the other students, she took notes and came up with some suggestions after class. Xiao Zihan, one of students on the course, recalled, “President Fan asked me about the course arrangements for the new term and encouraged us to pursue knowledge with strong determination.”
As the new semester began, new plans also got underway. Some students had worked as interns in the winter vacation and had new ideas about their future, while others gathered their teams and began to talk about the projects they were working on. New Semester, New Start, New Goals!
