In order to provide the athletes and audience with considerate services, the volunteers conducted comprehensive and systematic training and learning on four aspects, including general knowledge of volunteering, confidentiality regulations in international games volunteering, sharing of the spirit of the 20th National Congress and Olympic stories as well as learning and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches on his visit to Shanghai, before they formally started their work, to strive to provide more efficient and professional services to the upcoming Olympic Qualification Series Shanghai.
