Liu Yuanchun

Born in 1972，Professor Liu holds a Ph.D.  in Economics and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently serving as the President of the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) and Vice Secretary of the CPC SUFE Committee.  

Professor Liu’s main areas of research are open macroeconomics, monetary policy and inflation, and China's economic growth.

Experience：

Prior to joining SUFE, Professor Liu served as the Deputy Dean of  the School of Economics of Renmin University of China (RUC), the Director of the Scientific Research Office of RUC, and Vice President of RUC.
