2 champions,1 runner-up and 3 third place winners in 13th National Games and the 13th National Student Sports Games

In the 13th National Games of the People's Republic of China and the 13th National Student Sports Games, SUFE students forged ahead,and won a total of two champions, one runner-up and three third place winners.
In the National Games, Mao Yingzhou won Women's Individual Chess champion,Pang Bo won the Men's Individual Chess runner-up, Chen Si won the third place in Team Go competition, Xu Chongfeng won the third place in Team Chinese Chess competition.
In the National Student Sports Games, Pang Peixuan won the Women's 50 Meters Breaststroke Champion, Chen Aini and Ge Yiyue won the third place in Women's Tennis Doubles.

The chess champion Mao Yingzhou is a student majored in international financial law, she is currently an exchange student in Columbia University , she returned to China at her own expense to participate in the competition, meanwhile she had passed the her examination in Columbia University. She was very grateful to the atmosphere of the SUFE. She said that after the defeat of the first battle, the coach, teammates gave her warm care and encouragement. Finally, she won the champion with five consecutive victories.

Pangbo who played chess and won the runner-up has pure and sincere love for chess. As a comparison to his excellent score in chess game, his hard work in study also made him stand out in his School. Writing papers until 12 o'clock in the mid-night, while competing for the games, but he will still say: "I like to play chess after school, I think that chess is serious."
In the swimming competition, SUFE had gained a bumper harvest. From the Women's 50 Meters Breaststroke champion, 100 Meter Breaststroke fourth place , 4*100 Meter Medley Relay runner-up, 4*100 meter freestyle relay fourth place, to Men's 100 Meter Butterfly Group sixth place, 50 Meter Butterfly seventh place, 4*100 Meter Medley Relay runner-up.

Pang Wenxuan was the winner of the Women's 50 Meter Breaststroke. She started swimming when she was five years old, and she said she enjoy the process of swimming, and kept on going to become a champion today. "Competitive sports is very hard, even can be said to be cruel, if there is no love from the heart, there may be no way to stick to it. I think it's a special experience to participate in every competition, and to have competitive spirit is also a kind of self discipline."
The two players who won the third place in Women's Tennis Doubles were Chen Aini and Ge Yiyue. The team competition is not only a test of individual strength, but also a test of the ability to cooperate with teammates. What’s more,valuable was that they have superb skills and good teammates.

Ge Yiyue, graduate student who majored in physical education and management in SUFE, said that she will devote more to the development of sports industry in the future."(tennis) is an indispensable part of my life so far. I don't love it so much, but I feel like it's missing something if I cannot play tennis anymore." said she. In her mind, tennis and study complemented each other, and she manage to balance each other.

Chen Aini said:" Playing tennis is very interesting, the score is a feedback to skill improvements, as points is to practice; to win the game is luck and recognition and the lost of the game is a gap and start-over." At the same time, she had stressed the importance of teammates, in her mind, companion of teammate was the driving force of her all the way forward.

Xu Chongfeng, a disciple of Liu Dahua, a master of Chinese chess known as  “oriental brain”, is famous in the circle of Chinese Chess. He became famous as a young boy and won the championships for many times. Due to the conservative strategy, he won the third place this time in the National Game, he still deserves the title of Chinese chess master. He had great respect for his teacher, and he had a deep love for Chinese chess as an old and fierce competition.

Chen Si, as the third runner in the National Games, has her own understanding of Go. She pointed out the similarities between go playing and life choices making, and also elaborate on her optimistic expectations on AlphaGo and other artificial intelligence's function to promote chess explorations, she believed it can attract more attention on the Go playing itself. She was a player who has a calm mind, after the defeat in a game she managed to get her morale back, and played the next game in a better competing status.
