ACM-SIAM Symposium on Discrete Algorithms accepted three papers from SUFE Institute for Theoretical Computer Science (hereinafter referred to as ITCS).:

3.Hu, Fu, Chris, Liaw, Pinyan, Lu, and, ZhihaoGavin, Tang:, The,, Value, of, Information, Concealment
Pinyan Lu and Nick Gravin ITCS are full-time teachers of ITCS,Jin-Yi Cai and Mingji Xia are visiting Professor of ITCS (for at least one month annually ), Zhihao Gavin Tang is a visiting students (also a doctoral student at the University of Hong Kong, who visited the ITCS from March to August in 2017). HuFu is a visiting professor for short term. The papers are the results of close academic collaboration of the professors, visiting professors, visiting students and short-term visiting professors of ITCS. In addition, there is a SODA2018 paper that is written by a visiting professor and a visiting student of ITCS.
The core areas of ITCS research field covers not only theoretical computer algorithm and complexity, but also the fusion of theoretical computer and other fields, such as economics, artificial intelligence, complex network and statistical physics. The three papers received by SODA 2018 reflects the research field and outstanding features of ITCS.
SODA (ACM-SIAM Symposium on Discrete Algorithms) is one of the top international conferences on algorithm, and one of the three conference in Theoretical Computer Science (the other two are STOC and FOCS).Is is sponsored by ACM and the SIAM, two international academic organization. Algorithm is of great importance in theoretical computer science, and it is also the foundation of all computer applications including artificial intelligence. The number of papers published by Chinese scholars on SODA is usually no more than five each year.
SUFE Institute for Theoretical Computer Science officially inaugurated on June 18, 2016. Now the institute has 5 full-time researchers. These young researchers have published papers at the top level conference on theoretical computer and computation economics journals :

Their papers were also accepted by an important conferences and journals in other fields such as NIPS, WWW, IJCAI, AAAI, Mathematics of Operations Research Games and, Economic Behavior, Physical Review E, Scientific Reports etc.
More than 10 well-known overseas scholars composed of a professor group for ITCS. Each year, one of them visits the institute for at least one month, the professor group includes young Chinese theoretical computer scientists from around the world. For more than a year, the institute has received more than 50 researchers from all over the world, organized more than 50 academic lectures, 5 seminars, 4 summer courses.
